Dr. Narayan C. Debnath


Professor Dr. Narayan C. Debnath is currently the Head of the Information Technology at Eastern International University, Vietnam. Dr. Debnath has been the Director of the International Society for Computers and their Applications (ISCA) since 2014, and a member of the ISCA Board of Directors since 2001. Formerly, Dr. Debnath served as a Full Professor of Computer Science at Winona State University, Minnesota, USA for 28 years (1989-2017). He was elected as the Chairperson of the Computer Science Department at Winona State University for 3 consecutive terms and assumed the role of the Chairperson of the Computer Science Department at Winona State University for 7 years (2010-2017). Dr. Debnath earned a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) degree in Computer Science and also a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physics. Dr. Debnath has been an active member of the ACM, IEEE Computer Society, Arab Computer Society, and a senior member of the ISCA.

Dr. Dimitry Klionskiy


Professor Dmitry Klionskiy is currently working as Associate Professor of the department of Software Engineering and Computer Applications and department of Information Systems of Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University «LETI» (ETU «LETI»). His research interests includes digital signal processing, statistics, wavelets, MATLAB, artificial intelligence, data mining, information technologies in education, management education, etc. As deputy dean for international affairs (2014-2020) he took part in various international collaborations and developed the master“s program «Computer Science and Knowledge Discovery» .He has vast experience of teaching Mathematics and Informatics at the Preparatory Department for foreign students at Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University «LETI».

Dr. Sushil Kumar Singh (Marwadi University, Rajkot, Gujarat, India)



Dr. Sushil Kumar Singh is an Associate Professor of Computer Engineering at Marwadi University, Rajkot, India. Seoul National University of Science and Technology awarded him a Ph.D. His M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, India. He earned an M.E. in Information Technology from Mysore's Karnataka State University. He led the UCS Lab at Seoul National University of Science and Technology's Computer Science Engineering department. UCS Lab awarded him Best Lab Leadership for 2019-2021. He has almost 10 years of computer science teaching expertise. He wrote four books: C Programming, Cyber Security, Big Data Analytics, and Mobile Computing. He has also published several high-quality articles (Q1) in international journals and conferences. His lectures have been given worldwide. Blockchain, AI, Big Data, IoT, Smart City Security, and Cyber-Physical Systems are his research interests. He reviews IEEE Wireless Communication Magazine, IEEE SYSTEMS, IEEE Internet of Things, FGCS, TETT, EXSY, JISA, Computer Network, MDPI, CIE, HCIS, JIPS, Computing (COMP), Multimedia Tools & Applications, and SCIS Journal.


Dr. Oscar Lin


Dr. Fuhua Lin is a full Professor and Chair of School of Computing and Information Systems of Athabasca University, Canada. Dr. Lin obtained his PhD from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1998. Prior to working in Athabasca University, Dr. Lin was a research associte of Institute for Information Technology of National Research Council of Canada. Dr. Lin did post-doc research at University of Calagry. Since joining the faculty at Athabasca University, Prof. Lin has been actively involved in teaching, scholarly research, and service in the field of Computing and Information Systems. He is co-supervising 2 PhD theses and has supervised 30 Master theses in a variety of information systems related topics.

Kamiya Khatter is presently working as Senior Editor at Springer Nature. She is a part of the Global Acquisition Team at Springer, an imprint of Springer Nature. She is responsible for acquisition and publishing of books in Engineering and Applied Sciences portfolio. She has worked in various areas of academic publishing for both books and journals in the past.
